ويَتجِهُ: وَلَوْ حَضَرًا خِلَافًا لَهُمَا فِيمَا يُوهِمُ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَيَتَّجِهُ وَلَوْ) كَانَ عَدَمُ الْمَاءِ (حَضَرًا) كَقَطْعِ عَدُوٍّ مَاءَ بَلَدِهِ وَنَحْوِهِ وَحِينَئِذٍ فَلَا فَرْقَ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَ السَّفَرِ، (خِلَافًا لَهُمَا) - أَيْ:" لِلْإِقْنَاعِ "" وَالْمُنْتَهَى " - (فِيمَا يُوهِمُ) مِنْ عِبَارَتَيْهِمَا حَيْثُ قَيَّدَا عَدَمَ الْمَاءِ فِي السَّفَرِ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
