(وَيَتَّجِهُ) أَنْ لَا تَصِحَّ الْوَصِيَّةُ بِمَا ذُكِرَ (إلَّا لِمُضْطَرٍّ لِأَكْلِهَا) أَوْ لِإِزَالَةِ لُقْمَةٍ غُصَّ بِهَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ [يَجُوزُ] التَّنَاوُلُ مِنْ ذَلِكَ مِقْدَارَ إزَالَةِ الضَّرَرِ لَا غَيْرُ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
