(وَلَا يَثْبُتُ خِيَارٌ فِي عَيْبٍ زَالَ) بَعْدَ عَقْدٍ لِزَوَالِ سَبَبِهِ (وَلَا) خِيَارَ (لِعَالِمٍ بِهِ) أَيْ: الْعَيْبِ (وَقْتَهُ) أَيْ الْعَقْدِ لِدُخُولِهِ عَلَى بَصِيرَةٍ
