(وَلَهَا) أَيْ الزَّوْجَةِ (تَقْبِيلُهُ) أَيْ: الزَّوْجِ (وَلَمْسُهُ لِشَهْوَةٍ، وَلَوْ) كَانَ (نَائِمًا لَا اسْتِدْخَالُ ذَكَرِهِ) فِي فَرْجِهَا (بِلَا إذْنِهِ) نَائِمًا كَانَ أَوْ لَا؛ لِأَنَّهُ تَصَرُّفٌ فِيهِ بِغَيْرِ إذْنِهِ
