(وَلَوْ طَلَّقَ عَبْدٌ) زَوْجَتَهُ (طَلْقَةً) وَاحِدَةً (ثُمَّ عَتَقَ مَلَكَ) الْعَبْدُ (تَتِمَّةَ ثَلَاثٍ، كَكَافِرٍ رَقَّ بَعْدَ) أَنْ طَلَّقَ زَوْجَتَهُ (ثِنْتَيْنِ) فَإِنَّهُ يَمْلِكُ تَتِمَّتَهُ الثَّلَاثَ.
