(وَيُكَفِّرُ كَافِرٌ بِمَالٍ) أَيْ: عِتْقٍ أَوْ إطْعَامٍ، لِأَنَّ الصَّوْمَ لَا يَصِحُّ مِنْهُ وَعَكْسُهُ أَيْ: عَكْسُ الْكَافِرِ (الْقِنُّ) فَيُكَفِّرُ بِالصَّوْمِ، لِأَنَّهُ لَا يَمْلِكُ مَا يُكَفِّرُ مِنْهُ وَيَصِحُّ
