(وَ) كَذَا أَثْنَاءَ (عِتْقٍ) ؛ كَمَا لَوْ أَعْتَقَ نِصْفَ عَبْدٍ ثُمَّ وَطِئَ ثُمَّ اشْتَرَى بَاقِيَهُ وَأَعْتَقَهُ فَلَا يَقْطَعُهُمَا وَطْؤُهُ غَيْرَ أَنَّهُ يَحْرُمُ عَلَيْهِ الْوَطْءُ قَبْلَ الْإِتْمَامِ.
