(وَإِنْ وُجِدَ قَتِيلٌ وَثَمَّ) بِفَتْحِ الْمُثَلَّثَةِ؛ أَيْ: هُنَاكَ فِي مَحَلِّ الْقَتْلِ فِي الزَّحْمَةِ (مَنْ بَيْنَهُ وَبَيْنَهُ) ؛ أَيْ: الْقَتِيلِ (عَدَاوَةٌ أُخِذَ بِهِ) نَقَلَهُ مُهَنَّا
