(وَكَذَا أَمْرٌ بِمَعْرُوفٍ وَنَهْيٌ عَنْ الْمُنْكَرِ) لَا يَسْقُطُ بِالْمُشَارَكَةِ أَوْ الْإِعَانَةِ عَلَى الْمَعْصِيَةِ، بَلْ يَجِبُ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَأْمُرَ وَيَنْهَى (فَلَا يَجْمَعُ بَيْنَ مَعْصِيَتَيْنِ بَلْ يَجِبُ الْإِقْلَاعُ عَنْهُمَا) .
