(وَإِنْ ظَنَّ الْخَطَأَ) بِأَنْ ظَهَرَ لَهُ أَنَّهُ يُصَلِّي إلَى غَيْرِ الْقِبْلَةِ (فَقَطْ) ، بِأَنْ لَمْ يَظْهَرْ لَهُ جِهَةُ الْقِبْلَةِ، (بَطَلَتْ) صَلَاتُهُ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُمْكِنُهُ اسْتِدَامَتُهَا إلَى غَيْرِ الْقِبْلَةِ، وَلَمْ يَظْهَرْ لَهُ جِهَةٌ يَتَوَجَّهُ إلَيْهَا، فَتَعَذَّرَ إتْمَامُهَا.
