(وَمَنْ قَذَفَ غَيْرَ مُحْصَنٍ [وَلَوْ قِنَّهُ] ) ؛ أَيْ: قِنَّ قَاذِفٍ (أَوْ) قَذَفَ (مَنْ أَقَرَّ بِزِنًا وَلَوْ دُونَ أَرْبَعِ) مَرَّاتٍ (عُزِّرَ) رَدْعًا لَهُ عَنْ أَعْرَاضِ الْمَعْصُومِينَ، وَكَفًّا عَنْ إيذَائِهِمْ
