(وَيَتَّجِهُ إهْدَارُ دَمٍ مُتَحَتِّمٍ) ؛ أَيْ: إذَا تَحَتَّمَ قَتْلُ شَخْصٍ مِنْ الْمُحَارَبِينَ وَقَتَلَهُ غَيْرُ الْحَاكِمِ فَلَا غُرْمَ عَلَيْهِ وَلَا إثْمَ؛ لِأَنَّ دَمَهُ مُهْدَرٌ كَالْحَرْبِيِّ، وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
