(وَيَتَّجِهُ: وَ) لَوْ ائْتَمَّ مَسْبُوقٌ بِمِثْلِهِ (فِيهَا) ، أَيْ: الْجُمُعَةِ: (لَا تَبْطُلُ) ، حَيْثُ كَانَ اقْتِدَاؤُهُ (جَهْلًا) مِنْهُ بِعَدَمِ صِحَّةِ الِاقْتِدَاءِ مِنْ الْمَسْبُوقِ بِمِثْلِهِ، إذْ الْجَهْلُ مُفْتَقَرٌ عَنْهُ فِي هَذِهِ الصُّورَةِ وَهُوَ مُتَّجِهٌ.
