(وَلَا يَلْزَمُ) مَحْلُوفًا عَلَيْهِ (إبْرَارُ قَسَمِ حَالِفٍ كَمَا لَا تَلْزَمُ إجَابَةُ سُؤَالٍ بِاَللَّهِ - تَعَالَى -) ؛ لِأَنَّ الْإِيجَابَ بَابُهُ التَّوْقِيفُ، وَلَا تَوْقِيفَ فِيهِ.
