(وَمَنْ مَالُهُ غَائِبٌ عَنْهُ يَسْتَدِينُ) وَيُكَفِّرُ (إنْ قَدَرَ) عَلَى الِاسْتِدَانَةِ، (وَإِلَّا) يَقْدِرْ عَلَيْهَا (صَامَ) ؛ لِأَنَّهُ لَمْ يَجِدْ.
