(وَكَذَا حَلَفَ بِنُذُورٍ مُكَرَّرَةٍ) أَنْ لَا يَفْعَلَ كَذَا وَفَعَلَهُ، أَجْزَأَهُ كَفَّارَةٌ وَاحِدَةٌ؛ لِأَنَّ الْكَفَّارَةَ لِلزَّجْرِ وَالتَّطْهِيرِ، فَهِيَ كَالْحُدُودِ، بِخِلَافِ الطَّلَاقِ.
