وَيُتَّجَهُ: فَحُكْمُهُ بِصِحَّةِ نِكَاحٍ بِلَا وَلِيٍّ حُكْمٌ بِلَازِمِهِ مِنْ نَفَقَةٍ وَكِسْوَةٍ وَقَسْمٍ وَمَهْرٍ.

(وَيُتَّجَهُ فَحُكْمُهُ) أَيْ الْقَاضِي (بِصِحَّةِ نِكَاحٍ بِلَا وَلِيٍّ) حَيْثُ رَآهُ (حُكْمٌ بِلَازِمِهِ) أَيْ: النِّكَاحِ (مِنْ نَفَقَةٍ وَكِسْوَةٍ وَمَهْرٍ) وَهَذَا مِمَّا لَا رَيْبَ فِيهِ؛ لِأَنَّ الْقَوَاعِدَ تَقْتَضِيهِ
