(بَيِّنَةٌ) بِحَقِّ (آدَمِيٍّ مُعَيَّنٍ قَبْلَ دَعْوَاهُ) بِحَقِّهِ وَتَحْرِيرِهَا (وَلَا) تُسْمَعُ (يَمِينُهُ) أَيْ: الْمُدَّعِي (إلَّا بَعْدَهَا) أَيْ: الدَّعْوَى (وَبَعْدَ شَهَادَةِ الشَّاهِدِ إنْ كَانَ) حَيْثُ يَقْضِي بِالشَّاهِدِ وَالْيَمِينِ
