وَلَا تُسْمَعُ بَيِّنَتُهُ وَهُوَ مُنْكِرٌ لادِّعَائِهِ الْمِلْكَ

(وَتُسْمَعُ بَيِّنَتُهُ) ؛ أَيْ: رَبِّ الْيَدِ (وَهُوَ مُنْكِرٌ) لِدَعْوَى الْخَارِجِ (لِادِّعَائِهِ الْمِلْكَ) لِمَا بِيَدِهِ.
