(الثَّانِي إذَا ادَّعَى فَقْرًا مَنْ عُرِفَ بِغِنًى) لِيَأْخُذَ مِنْ نَحْوِ زَكَاةٍ (فَلَا بُدَّ مِنْ ثَلَاثَةِ رِجَالٍ) يَشْهَدُونَ: لِحَدِيثِ مُسْلِمٍ «حَتَّى يَشْهَدَ ثَلَاثَةٌ مِنْ ذَوِي الْحِجَا مِنْ قَوْمِهِ لَقَدْ أَصَابَتْ فُلَانًا فَاقَةٌ» .
