وَ لا خَناثَى صَفًّا خِلافًا لَهُ،

(لَا) يَصِحُّ وُقُوفُ (خَنَاثَى صَفًّا) ؛ لِأَنَّ كُلَّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمْ يُحْتَمَلُ أَنْ يَكُونَ رَجُلًا، وَالْبَاقِي نِسَاءً، قَطَعَ بِهِ فِي الْمُنْتَهَى " وَغَيْرِهِ، وَهُوَ الْمَذْهَبُ، (خِلَافًا لَهُ) ، أَيْ: لِصَاحِبِ " الْإِقْنَاعِ " حَيْثُ قَالَ: ثُمَّ صِبْيَانٌ كَذَلِكَ، ثُمَّ خَنَاثَى.
