وَأَنَّهُ مَنْ بَعُدَ عَنْ الصف بقَدْرِ ذَلِكَ فَفَذٌّ.

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَ) يَتَّجِهُ أَيْضًا: (أَنَّهُ مَنْ بَعُدَ عَنْ الصَّفِّ) مَعَ مُحَاذَاتِهِ لَهُ، وَكَانَ بُعْدُهُ عَنْهُ (قَدْرَ ذَلِكَ) ، أَيْ: مَقَامَ ثَلَاثَةِ رِجَالٍ (فَفَذٌّ) ، أَيْ: فَرْدٌ لَا تَصِحُّ صَلَاتُهُ.

وَهَذَا لَيْسَ بِوَجِيهٍ، إذْ قَدْ تَقَدَّمَ أَنَّهُ لَا بَأْسَ بِقَطْعِ الصَّفِّ خَلْفَ الْإِمَامِ، وَعَنْ يَمِينِهِ، وَهُوَ يَشْمَلُ الْوَاحِدَ وَالْجَمَاعَةَ.
