وإنْ رَأَى الإِمَامُ وَحْدَهُ الْعَدَدَ، فَنَقَصَ لَمْ يَجُزْ أَنْ يَؤُمَّهُمْ وَلَزِمَهُ أَنْ يَسْتَخلِفَ أَحَدَهُمْ

مطالب أولي النهىal-Ruhaybani

(وَإِنْ رَأَى الْإِمَامُ وَحْدَهُ) ، أَيْ: الْمَأْمُومِينَ اعْتِبَارَ (الْعَدَدِ، فَنَقَصَ) الْعَدَدُ، (لَمْ يَجُزْ أَنْ يَؤُمَّهُمْ) ، لِاعْتِقَادِهِ الْبُطْلَانَ، (وَلَزِمَهُ أَنْ يَسْتَخْلِفَ أَحَدَهُمْ) لِيُصَلِّيَ بِهِمْ؛ لِأَنَّ الْوَاجِبَ عَلَيْهِمْ لَا يَتِمُّ إلَّا بِذَلِكَ.
