(وَالْفَصْدُ فِي مَعْنَاهَا) - أَيْ: الْحِجَامَةِ - (وَهِيَ) - أَيْ: الْحِجَامَةُ - (أَنْفَعُ مِنْهُ) - أَيْ: الْفَصْدِ - (بِبَلَدٍ حَارٍّ) كَالْحِجَازِ، وَالتَّشْرِيطُ وَالْعَضُدُ أَنْفَعُ مِنْهَا بِبَلَدٍ بَارِدٍ كَالشَّامِ.
