فَيَلْزَمُ ثَلَاثَةً لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ أَرْبَعُونَ شَاةً شَاةٌ، وَمَعَ عَدِمِ خُلْطَةٍ ثَلَاثٌ،

(فَيَلْزَمُ ثَلَاثَةَ) خُلَطَاءَ (لِكُلِّ وَاحِدٍ) مِنْهُمْ (أَرْبَعُونَ شَاةً شَاةٌ) ، عَلَى كُلٍّ مِنْهُمْ ثُلُثُهَا كَالشَّخْصِ الْوَاحِدِ. (وَ) يَلْزَمُهُمْ (مَعَ عَدَمِ خُلْطَةٍ ثَلَاثُ) شِيَاهٍ عَلَى كُلِّ وَاحِدٍ شَاةٌ.
