(وَإِنْ زُفَّتْ إلَيْهِ) أَيْ: الزَّوْجِ (امْرَأَتَانِ) بِكْرَانِ أَوْ ثَيِّبَانِ أَوْ بِكْرٌ، وَثَيِّبٌ (كُرِهَ) لَهُ ذَلِكَ لِعَدَمِ إمْكَانِ الْجَمْعِ بَيْنَهُمَا فِي إيفَاءِ حَقِّ الْعَقْدِ وَتَضَرُّرِ الْمُؤَخَّرَةِ، وَوَحْشَتِهَا

وَكَذَا لَوْ زُفَّتْ إلَيْهِ ثَانِيَةٌ قَبْلَ إيفَائِهِ حَقَّ الَّتِي قَبْلَهَا
