شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَمَنْ قَالَ لِمُكَلَّفٍ: اقْذِفْنِي فَقَذَفَهُ لَمْ يُحَدَّ لِأَنَّهُ) أَيْ: الْحَدَّ (حَقٌّ لَهُ) أَيْ: الْمَقْذُوفِ وَقَدْ أَسْقَطَهُ بِالْإِذْنِ فِيهِ (وَعُزِّرَ) لِفِعْلِهِ مَعْصِيَةً
