(لَا) يَحْنَثُ (بِطَيِّهِ وَتَرْكِهِ عَلَى رَأْسِهِ) مَطْوِيًّا (وَلَا بِنَوْمِهِ عَلَيْهِ أَوْ تَدَثُّرِهِ) أَيْ: جَعْلِهِ دِثَارًا أَوْ الْتِحَافِهِ (بِهِ) لِأَنَّهُ لَا يُسَمَّى لِبْسًا
