(وَسَهْمٌ لِلْمَسَاكِينِ) أَيْ أَهْلِ الْحَاجَةِ فَيَدْخُلُ فِيهِمْ الْفُقَرَاءُ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وسهم للمساكين) . وهم: أهل الحاجة. فيدخل في عمومهم الفقراء. فالفقراء والمساكين صنفان في الزكاة وصنف واحد هاهنا وفي سائر الأحكام. ويعم به جميعهم في جميع البلاد؛ كسهم ذي القربى واليتامى.
