شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَلَا) بَيْعُ (نِيئِهِ) أَيْ الرِّبَوِيِّ (بِمَطْبُوخِهِ) كَلَحْمٍ نِيءٍ بِلَحْمٍ مَطْبُوخٍ مِنْ جِنْسِهِ، لِأَخْذِ النَّارِ مِنْ الْمَطْبُوخِ.
