شرح منتهى الإراداتal-Buhuti

(وَيَنْفَكُّ حَجْرُهُ) أَيْ الْمُفْلِسِ (بِوَفَاءِ) دَيْنِهِ لِزَوَالِ الْمَعْنَى الَّذِي شُرِعَ لَهُ الْحَجْرُ وَالْحُكْمُ يَدُورُ مَعَ عِلَّتِهِ

معونة أولي النهىIbn al-Najjar

(وينفك حجره) أي: المفلس (بوفاء) لما عليه من الدين؛ لأن المعنى الذي شرع من أجله الحجر قد زال فيلزم أن يزول زواله.
