(صَبِيٌّ يُعَبِّرُ فَقَالَ أَنَا حُرٌّ فَالْقَوْلُ لَهُ) لِأَنَّهُ إذَا كَانَ يُعَبِّرُ عَنْ نَفْسِهِ فَهُوَ فِي يَدِ نَفْسِهِ فَلَا يُقْبَلُ دَعْوَى أَحَدٍ عَلَيْهِ أَنَّهُ عَبْدُهُ عِنْدَ إنْكَارِهِ إلَّا بِبَيِّنَةٍ كَالْبَالِغِ قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -
