(وَحُجِبْنَ بِبِنْتَيْنِ) أَيْ يُحْجَبُ بَنَاتُ الِابْنِ بِبِنْتَيْنِ صُلْبِيَّتَيْنِ؛ لِأَنَّ إرْثَهُنَّ كَانَ تَكْمِلَةً لِلثُّلُثَيْنِ، وَقَدْ كَمَّلَ بِثُلُثَيْنِ فَسَقَطْنَ إذْ لَا طَرِيقَ لِتَوْرِيثِهِنَّ فَرْضًا وَتَعْصِيبًا قَالَ - رَحِمَهُ اللَّهُ -
