(فإن استويا) أي التقديم والتأخير في الرفق (فالتأخير أفضل) لأنه أحوط، وفيه خروج من الخلاف، وعمل بالأحاديث كلها (سوى جمع عرفة) فالتقديم فيه أفضل، لما سبق.
