(فإن لم يصل) العائد (إليه) أي إلى مكانه قريبًا بعد قيامه منه لعارض (إلا بالتخطي، جاز) له التخطي (كالفرجة) أي كمن رأى فرجة لا يصل إليها إلا به. ذكره في "الشرح" وابن تميم.
