(وكذا مؤنتهما) أي: مؤنة الحمل والدفن، فهي فرض كفاية، إن لم يخلف شيئًا ولم يكن له وارث، ولم يمكن الأخذ من بيت المال، والمراد على من علم به من المسلمين، كباقي مؤن التجهيز.
