(ويحرم قطع شيء من أطراف الميت، وإتلاف ذاته، وإحراقه) لحديث: "كسرُ عظمِ الميتِ ككسرِ عظمِ الحيِّ" ، ولبقاء حرمته (ولو أوصى به) أي: بما ذكر من القطع والإتلاف والإحراق، فلا تتبع وصيته؛ لحق الله تعالى
