(و) حتى (من شق ثوبه) فيعزى كغيره، ولا يترك حقًّا لباطل (لزوال المحرَّم وهو الشق) والباقي أثرُه. (وإن نهاه) عن العود لمثل ذلك (فحسن، ويكره) لمن شق ثوبه
