(بل) تجب الزكاة على (معتَقٍ بعضُه) بقدر ملكه (فيزكي) المبعّض (ما ملك) من مال زكويّ (بحريته) أي: بجزئه الحر؛ لأن ملكه عليه تام، أشبه الحر.
