وقوله: (زكَّاه) أي: الدين المذكور (إذا قبضه، أو) قبض (شيئًا منه) جواب قوله: (ومن له دين) لجريانه في حول الزكاة لما سبق. (فكلما قبض شيئًا) من الدين (أخرج زكاته) لما مضى
