(وفي العشر) من الإبل (شاتان، وفي خمس عشرة) بعيرًا (ثلاث شياه، وفي العشرين أربع شياه) إجماعًا في ذلك كله؛ لقوله - صلى الله عليه وسلم - في حديث أبي بكر:"في أربعٍ وعشرِينَ من الإبِل فما دونَهَا، في كلِّ خمسٍ شاةٌ".
