(ولا أثر لخلطة مَن ليس من أهل الزكاة، كالكافر والمكاتب والمدين) دينًا يستغرق ما بيده؛ لأنه لا زكاة في ماله (ولا) أثر لخلطة (فيما دون نصاب، ولا) لـ (خلطة الغاصب) ماله (بمغصوب) لإلغاء تصرفه في المغصوب.
