(فمن اتخذ وعاء يسع خمسة أرطال وثلثًا عراقية من جيّد البر) أي: رزينه (ثم كال به ما شاء) من ثقيل، أو خفيف (عرف) به (ما بلغ حد الوجوب من غيره) الذي لم يبلغ نصابًا.
