(ولو باعه) أي: الحب المشتد أو الثمر بعد بدوّ صلاحه (وشرط) البائع (الزكاة على المشتري، صحّ) البيع والشرط؛ للعلم بالزكاة، فكأنه استثنى قدرها، ووكله في إخراجه .
