كشاف القناعal-Buhuti

(ومن عَجَزَ منهم) أي: الشركاء في قن أو من وُرَّاث لقريب أو عتيق، أو من ألحق بهم ولد (عمَّا) وجب (عليه) من الفطرة المشتركة (لم يلزم الآخر سوى قسطه، كشريك ذمي) فلا يلزم المسلم قسط الذمي.
