(وإن كان) إخراجه لزكاة غيره (بغير إذنه، لم يصح) لعدم النية من المُخرَج عنه المتعلِّق به الوجوب (كما لو أخرجها من مال المُخرَج عنه بلا إذنه) لعدم ولايته عليه، ووكالته عنه.
