(وإن استشرفت نفسُه: بأن قال: سيبعث لي فلان، أو لعلَّه يبعث لي، فلا بأس بالردِّ) نص عليه في رواية الجماعة وزاد أبو داود : وكأنه اختار الرد، ونقل المرُّوذي: ردَّها. وسأله جعفر: يحرم أخذه؟ قال: لا.
