(وإن تحرَّى وشَكَّ: هل وقع) الشهر الذي صامه (قبلَه) أي: قبل رمضان (أو بعده؟ أجزأه) لتأدية فرضه بالاجتهاد، ولا يضرُّ التردُّد في النيَّة لمكان الضرورة.
