(وليس لأحد أن يُقيمَ منه إنسانًا) ولو ولده أو عبده (ويَجلسَ) مكانه (أو يُجلِسَ غيرَه مكانَه) لما سبق. وتقدم قول "التنقيح": وقواعد المذهب تقتضي عدم الصحة، أي: صحة صلاة مَن أقام غيرَه وصلَّى مكانه
