(وقيل: يجوز أن يُهدمَ المسجدُ ويُجدَّدَ بناؤه لمصلحة، نصَّ عليه (١) ) وقال تارة في مسجد له حائط قصير غير حصين، وله منارة: لا بأس أن تُهدم، وتُجعل في الحائط؛ لئلا يدخله الكلاب . ويأتي في الوقف.
